Hiya !!

This week was pretty good. We had an interesting start to the week when we got a call from the elders saying that someone had broken into the chapel. Kind of rude but everything is all good now!

We are still working with Mark and he is doing well! It's been a bit harder to see him this week because he has been sick but he is still excited for his baptism and still talks about it all the time!

We got to go to Doncaster (home of the swag masta from Doncasta himself, Louis Tomlinson) this week for exchange! It was a lot of fun! I was with Sister Caughill and we just got rained on all day!! Unfortunately we didn't run into Louis...

A recent convert in our ward is starting to introduce us to his friends which is pretty cool! He wants us to start teaching them so I will keep you updated on that!

Speaking of recent converts, Dylan (my investigator from York) got baptised!! Sister Tautkus emailed me today with pictures from his baptism! It made my heart so happy! He has changed so much and I am so proud of him!

Yesterday we got fed rabbit at a member's house...not going to lie I kind of felt bad eating that poor thing...It didn't help that she had its SKIN JUST SITTING NEXT TO US. AAGGHHH.

Other than that it's been a good week. I have a bad cold which is really rude of my body to do to me because I literally just got over a bad cold. Whyyyyyyyy.

I hope everyone is doing alright and staying safe from all that is going on in the promised land. You guys are always in my prayers!

This week was pretty alright. We have been able to actually go out and find people in our own area this week which was great!! And it sure payed off because we found a new investigator named Mark! He is awesome!! We have taught him twice already and he told us about a spiritual experience he had and he knows that this is what he is supposed to be doing! His friends are even supportive of him which is a huge blessing!! He talks about his baptism all the time and he can't wait! I'm so excited to help him on his journey to his Heavenly Father!

Nothing else really exciting happened except for that. I'm still trying to get used to having Facebook again but it's been good as well!

Spiritual Thought:
Elder Jeffrey R. Holland taught: “The great thing about the gospel is we get credit for trying, even if we don’t always succeed.” How comforting is that?! Just as long as we try our best, we succeed!

Love you guys so much!

So as some of you may have noticed I now have Facebook again. It's so strange. I had it in my head that I wasn't going to see that thing for 18 months and I was completely okay with that so it's weird to see it again. But we will be using it for online proselyting which will take a bit to get used to but it should be fun! We already have a lesson on Facebook that will take place tomorrow so that's pretty neat!

This week was really good! We had Zone Conference which was so good! We did some training just with our Zone and we did it on High Love, High Expectations. We have a new Elder in our zone who can do lots of push ups and his companion is awesome and great at supporting and lifting up his fellow missionaries! So in the morning we asked Elder Rindlisbaker (the new elder) how many push ups he could do and he said he maxed out at 140 in the MTC so we asked if he could do it again and he was like "I can try for 150" and we were like .............go on then. When it came time for their part we told everyone that Elder R set high expectations for himself by saying he can do 150 push-ups. And Elder Lyman (his companion) is going to help and support and encourage him. So they came to the front and Elder R started his push-ups. He did 100 fairly quickly but once he passed that it started to get a little bit tougher. Elder L was giving great words of encouragement and showing him so much support and love to do his push-ups! When Elder R got to 120 he really started to struggle. Elder L got down on the ground next to him and was just like "come on man you've got this. 30 more you can do it" and then when he got to 130 he REALLY started to struggle. It looked like he wanted to give up but then Elder L wouldn't let him and said "okay Elder you have 20 more push-ups. Come on, I'll do them with you". At this point my eyes filled with tears! My heart just filled with the spirit as I saw these two companions working together to accomplish this difficult task. Elder R finished his push-ups and collapsed on the floor. Elder L continued to praise him and show him love and congratulate him on what he had accomplished. When he caught his breath and rested for a bit, we asked Elder R what his thoughts were on all of it and he said "I have never done that many push-ups before. When I got to 120 it was really starting to get tough and especially when I got to 130. I didn't want to finish them. I just wanted it to be over but because Elder Lyman showed me so much support and started to do it with me, I felt more motivated and it made them a little bit easier to do" and it was PERFECT. They could not have portrayed what we meant with High Love High Expectations any better than how they did. I couldn't get over how spiritual of an experience it was all day. Mind you, I'm still not over it! I'm still pumped from it!

Yesterday I got to go to Hull for a musical fireside Sister McCombs was singing at. Grimsby is in the Hull Stake so I got to see a lot of my friends from Grimsby and some past zone leaders, companions, and just other missionaries I've worked with. I also got to see Dylan, my investigator from York! He came to the fireside and he is being interviewed for baptism this week!! It was so amazing! Such a tender mercy!

Sorry this email is a bit longer. I just LOVED that story so I wanted to share! I love and miss you all and hope yous have a great week!
